01 Design

The sanUmax Spraybooth.

01 The Booth

We have thought of many different ways to make the sanUmax the most effective and durable sanitising booth on the market. We gave special attention to the walking surfaces, to ensure that it will never be slippery. Inside the booth, the floor has been tapered to create a slant that will drain any excessive fluid Walking surfaces were specifically designed to be non slippery. Under the non slippery floor of the booth, we installed a sump to catch the excess fluid. When necessary it is drained and discarded of.

02 Nozzles and Pump System

Our spray nozzles are imported from Italy specifically to help with the atomization of the sanitizer. The system also has solanoids which assist in preventing leakage from the sprayers and to minimize wastage of sanitizer.. Our high pressure pump has a pressure tank that fills to 5 bars, with a fluid tank of 250 lt. The booth, with its 9 high pressure nozzles can spray 9375 doses of 4 to 5 seconds. The pump also has an auto cut out switch to prevent any damage due to it running dry.

03 Booth Sides

The booth has drop curtains to assist in focussing the spraying of each person moving through the booth. Most other booths have open entry and exit points that will adversely affect the sanitizer being sprayed and cause it not to reach the person being sprayed.

04 Structure

The sanUmax structure was designed with durability in mind and also low maintenance. Stainless steel and aluminium were used for the frame. The side panels can either be clad with clear or white Perspex or vinyl. It could also easily be branded with company logos at an additional fee.

05 Robot Control

It also has a green and red indicating light. Red tells the person about to enter, to wait. When the dosage is ready, the green light will flash. The red light will also indicate when the sanitizer in the roto tank is running low and has to be replenished.

06 Thermal Camera

The sanUmax can be equipped with ( fur?) technology that scans each person moving through the booth for body temperature. The booth is equipped with a sensor that automatically activates the sprayers and is fully adjustable tp spray at chosen spray rates. E.G. How many seconds for each dosage and at, say a minimum of two bars pressure.

i-Sanitize Spraybooth.

01 i-Sanitize Tunnel

Light weight Durable Tunnel housing the spray nozzles The tunnels thermal Camera measures the temperature of the person walking through the tunnel, should the persons temperature be above the normal pre-set temperature, an alarm warning can be sounded (Optional)

02 i-Sanitize Pump system

220VAC Pump with Chemical container built on a single trolley stand alone or fixed to frame, it is easy to move around, and to lock away the pump system away after hours. Pressure controlled pump with pressure reservoir. Low level sensor on the chemical tank to notify when the sanitation chemical needs refilling. (Optional). Low level Safety to protect the pump against running dry should the chemical tank become empty. Bleeding Valve to prime the pump should the pump run dry and for start up conditions to prime the pump One pump system able to feed up to 5 tunnels.

03 i-Sanitize Chemical Storage

20 Litre Container to house the sanitation chemicals that will get sprayed through the nozzles. 220l Vessel is also available according to the customers’ requirements. Level indication for convenient monitoring of the sanitizer tank level.

04 i-Sanitize Spray Nozzles

A Water Based Sanitizing Chemical is sprayed through the spray nozzles on to the person walking through the I-Sanitize Tunnel. 0.25l/min sprays (mist) through the nozzles and falls on the person walking through, the sanitation Chemical. All spray nozzles have a 200-micron mesh to stop nozzle from clogging up. An additional filter can be offered as an inline filter optional. Approx. 1000 people per 20l can be sprayed walking through the booth. The spray nozzles are automatically activated when a person walks into the tunnel and switch off after a time delay after the person has been sprayed.

05 i-Sanitize Robot Control

Green for walk, Red for Stop Indication, this function controls the time the person will stand and be exposed to the sanitizer. When the light is green a person will leave the tunnel and a new person will enter the tunnel. Once in position the light will change to red and the spray will start. After a set time the spray will stop and the red light will turn off and the Green light will come on again.

06 i-Sanitize Grated Floor (Optional)

The grated floor elevates the Sanitizing tunnel off the ground to allow for wheels to be placed under the tunnel for easy moving from one position to another. (Optional) Grated Ramps are placed at the entrance and exit of the tunnel to allow for wheelchair access and easy walking through the tunnel. (Optional) The ramps can fold up out of the way for tunnel to be stored when not being utilized. (Optional)
